Just signed up and the posts are inspiring. A little apprehensive but then I was before week 4 too (and the week before that too come to think of it) and I came through that fine. A real challenge but I’m up for it!

It does start to feel serious at week 4-5, but honestly, the programme is brilliantly designed, so have faith in it and in yourself of course :)

Good luck. It's a funny thing, that people can manage Week 5 when it seems like such a leap from Week 4, but when people say "trust the programme" it's really true. Whoever designed it was inspired. Enjoy yourself, you've done well so far and it only gets more satisfying.

Hi. Just W5R3 to go! I use the word ‘just’ with an ironic overtone! However so far so good for me too so feeling positive. Glad it’s going well for you too.
