Just signed up and the posts are inspiring. A little apprehensive but then I was before week 4 too (and the week before that too come to think of it) and I came through that fine. A real challenge but I’m up for it!

It does start to feel serious at week 4-5, but honestly, the programme is brilliantly designed, so have faith in it and in yourself of course
Good luck. It's a funny thing, that people can manage Week 5 when it seems like such a leap from Week 4, but when people say "trust the programme" it's really true. Whoever designed it was inspired. Enjoy yourself, you've done well so far and it only gets more satisfying.
This was my favourite week of the programme! The sense of achievement that you'll have by the of the week is amazing! Enjoy it.
