Last week I looked ahead to the plan for week 3 and that was big mistake! Not going to lie, I delayed for 3 days before finally getting stuck in this afternoon.
I managed it though! I don’t feel like it’s getting any easier, but I guess if I had been told I was going to run for (in total) 9 mins I would never have believed it, so maybe it’s working by stealth!

Week 3 of C25K is the shortest workout, my advice to you is don't look ahead at future weeks and runs, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run.
