This is my 3rd time starting couch to 5k. The first time was a couple of years ago - I got to about week 7 and then sprained my ankle and after recovery felt unable to start again.
The second time I lost my motivation and anxiety stopped me from picking it back up.
This time I am determined! I'd really like to find a sense of community to push me forward and I'm hoping this is the place. 😊
Week 1 day 1 complete, roll on Saturday!

Welcome and well done for starting again 👍 the key is to take things slowly, a gentle jog is all that's needed and remember to stay hydrated,
