Did week 1 day 1 yesterday the last two run stages were hard but i did it. Rest day today then day 2 on wednesday.

Well done! You'll find the next two runs you do in week one a lot easier! I did c25k a year ago and graduated but then didn't keep up with it so I'm starting again from scratch and really enjoying it! Week one run three for me today. It's a fab programme!

Good for you ! It's actually doing that first session that's the really hard hard part so well done and hope the rest of W1 goes well for you. Good luck.
