Hi everyone!
I have been following this forum and really enjoyed reading all of your stories about couch to 5k. I have just completed my first run of week 1!
I am 20 and have struggled to complete sports due to various health problems and joint pain. However, I am determined to get fit and into exercise in a way that is balanced and gradual like Couch to 5k.
It is nice to have a community in which I am able to log my progress and speak to others who have done the same
I enjoyed my run today and found it the right amount of challenging, and I am going to be doing Run 2 on Monday.
