Just completed the first run of week 2 - anyone found it was a massive step up already?? I literally couldn’t move my feet up!! But I did it!! And I guess that what counts. Maybe it’s because I went for an hour walk before hand aswell?

Well done on making it to week 2 and finishing your run today! I completed my second run on week 2 earlier this morning. My body can definitely feel when I’m over the one minute mark! It does make a difference! Remember to pace yourself and keep at it! You’ll get stronger with every run!
Perhaps the long walk drained a bit of your energy?
