I had trouble getting out of bed again but I made myself. I actually started playing my music while still in bed to try and energise myself 🙄 good old Flo and the Mach worked again 😃
The first 3 mins were hard as, again going uphill and I had to stop at 2 mins but I made up for that at the end as I did 2 extra mins which I found much easier and could have carried on then.
Can’t believe I’m going into W5 🤓
It’s a beautiful morning out there so get out and enjoy it 🌞🌷🌷
