Just completed week two. Found it fairly comfortable but it looks to get quite tough around week 4. Is anybody else at that stage yet?

Well done on completing Week 2! 😀 As to your worry - you will be stronger and fitter by Week 4 - trust in the program! 💪 If a run starts to feel tough, just drop your pace a little so that you can complete the running intervals.
