Week Two Completed

I am really happy to have completed this week, I had major surgery in December which has gone well but unfortunately has left me with some complications. My weight has piled on through not being mobile and the tablets I am taking.

I am determined to graduate and to hopefully lose many of the pounds I have gained and to continue running and to build up the distance... I find having a goal helps 😊

Wednesday I start W3 so wish me luck πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I'm definitely wishing you good luck. This programme really works if you take it slow and steady, and don't forget that your rest days are as important as your running days.

Hope all goes well.

I definitely need the rest days. I am taking at my own pace too and feeling motivated. Thank you for the support.
