Week 5 Run 3 - I am stunned!

So, after a physical and emotional wobble during week 5 run 2 on Sunday, it was with much trepidation that I attempted run 3 after work tonight - in the wind and pouring rain - but I did it!!! Massive thanks to DuckFeet, gdeann and Fittervic for your words of encouragement and support. You were right guys! I was amazed that I managed to run non stop for 20 minutes especially as it is such a leap from run 2. I am so proud of myself and my confidence has been restored. Now I know I can run for 20 minutes, even though it's hard, I CAN DO IT!!

Well done you !! Just think, now you know you can run 20mins after your doubts, you should believe that in a few short weeks you'll be running for 30mins !! Good luck with W6 Cathy ;-)

Awesome! I KNEW you could do it!!! Every run is a challenge but very doable if we keep the positive mindset. Just remember slow and steady so you don't over do and quit. You are working on endurance and stamina, speed and distance will come later. Welcome to week 6!!! I am very proud of you!!! Gayle
