Week 5 run 1

Well tonight is the start of another werk but Tv is looking good n as i rn quite late about 8.45 i may give it a miss as i like the coolness n quietness a late run brings. I think ill see how cool it is and may decide a long walk instead n my run tomorrow evening 🤔😊
