Another week has passed without a run 🏃 n sight, so did week 2 thinking I'd never manage it. However it wasn't as bad as I'd imagined so it's onward to run 3, the dreaded 20 minutes! I'm going to repeat today's run a couple of times to get it really under my belt as I'm worried that I won't make it. Right now I'm feeling really proud of myself because I'm still in the game! Wanting to do the St Albans park run so much! Spurring me on.
