I never realised how long five minutes were. And W5R3 is a 20 minute run!😳

I had the exact same trepidation as you only two months ago. Rest assured that so long as you complete the previous runs, your body will be ready for this run too.

Believe me, I was at least equally dubious about this run.

Just set off slowly, and keep it steady.

You can do it, and the sense of achievement will be a real springboard for you to get through and enjoy the rest of the programme.

Look forward to hear your week 5 run 3 post, slow and steady is the way to go.

And believe it or not it is eminently doable(I’ve just done it myself and it’s quite a pleasant feeling to realise how far you have progressed)
