Run in the sun

Went out yesterday morning early enough to miss the families taking their daily stroll, and was rewarded with a peaceful run along the bridle path. I could hear a skylark up above, and I spotted this handsome chap. I'm not exactly following the c25k program as I recover from an injury, I've got up to week 5 run 1, but now I'm just increasing the length of the running sections. Very happy to be out there on such a lovely day. Stay safe and happy running.

Thank you, I was sort of running on the spot to take it, so wasn't sure I'd get anything (couldn't stop, I was part way through a run section 😁)

Niggles are lurking in the background, running isn't starting them off any more. The slow buildup is keeping them at bay. And all the lunges 😬
