Hi just returned from R3 of week 3 ! Feel ok , found it difficult but not too difficult and had a little left in the tank surprisingly!

Both intrigued and have some trepidation of week 4 ! But we will push on .

All the tips on hydration , pacing , stretching before / after all helps significantly!

Very well done on your progress so far.

I can fully understand that combination of intrigue and trepidation you have before going in to the next week, I was in the same position myself less than 2 months ago.

So long as you’re following the plan, you can go in to the next week with confidence. The plan works great and prepares our body fully for what is next. It’s up to us to get our head ready, but your body will be ready. The same is true for every subsequent week too, not just week 4.

Sounds like you’re doing all the right things too with pacing, stretching, hydration and hopefully you’re also having at least one rest day too between run days.
