This 🏃‍♀️ was much better than D1. I don’t check to see what is coming up, as I don’t want to psych myself out by knowing what is coming. I am going to repeat D2 again I 🤔 This 🏃‍♀️ was much better. I did it👍

I rarely looked ahead as I didn’t want to freak myself out! You just have to take each run as it comes. 👍 I would say there is no need to repeat a run - but if it makes you feel more confident, then go for it. The programme is well thought out, and it works! Keep going and enjoy. 😁

I am only thinking 🤔 about repeating as D1 was so horrible. I was given the tip that I should start with a 10 minutes warm up walk instead of the 5 minutes that the program suggests which really worked for me.
