W3 completed, feeling a lot fitter, breathing much better than when I started, ready for the dreaded W4.

Well done that's brilliant. Got my W3R3 shortly & dreading it for some reason, not sure why though :(. Hitting the pavement at 1pm so hopefully by 1.30pm I'll be wondering what I was so worried about lol

Are you all set for W4? X

Well done Patrick :) Week 4 already, that went fast. You know if your breathing is easier that you've already done yourself a lot of good. It is so worthwhile doing this programme and becoming a runner. I'm really glad I finally got started on it, I'd been considering it for a very long time first.

I really think the key is to go slow, something I am doing my best to stick to currently. Good luck, I am just starting back on week 4 too. I will try and keep up with you!
