Well done that's brilliant. Got my W3R3 shortly & dreading it for some reason, not sure why though :(. Hitting the pavement at 1pm so hopefully by 1.30pm I'll be wondering what I was so worried about lol

Well done Patrick Week 4 already, that went fast. You know if your breathing is easier that you've already done yourself a lot of good. It is so worthwhile doing this programme and becoming a runner. I'm really glad I finally got started on it, I'd been considering it for a very long time first.
Week 4..no probs..just go for it.. yes, you've guessed it...slow and steady!
