That was hard but didn't give up. I'm a day out now because of this awful weather. Woof didnt pull me as much was pleased with him π, he is a great companion to have..
Some git shouted at me across the road and said "is that supposed to be jogging"
I didn't shout out any judgemental colourful language at him. My nose straight ahead and I carried on.

The weather really is rubbish. You're doing great and just ignore anyone shouting, they haven't got a clue what it takes to go out and run. Well done you πππ
Good for you. I'm a day behind with week 3, run 1 due to running out of energy, not the weather You're right about the guy across the road. Not worth bothering with.
That guy was truly a git, I have been running since run 1 of week 1 of C25K back in April 2018, I have in all that time had 3 people shouting at me, 1, when I was running run 3 of week 5 around Linthgow Loch, a man shouted at me'keep on running, you are doing very well indeed'
The second time someone shouted was run 2 of week 9, they said to me as I passed '.you're going too fast' lol
The third time that I was shouted at, (Tbae knows this one) was on my graduation run along the prom at Helensburgh, when a man all dressed in Nuclear Disarmament gear with that arrow on his face shouted in broad Glaswegion accent ".goan yerself" means keep going, so all shouts at me, 3 in all have been complementary.
