Ok folks, today was my second run on week 1 I must say I was quite impressed with the improvement compared with day1, I actually managed to do the whole workout without skipping any runs however I found the last two pretty difficult, I have to say you guys on here are very supportive and very very experienced many people responded after my first day that you will definitely do a lot better next time which I doubted till today so thank you very much to all of you who take the time out for me and make the effort of sending me messages of encouragement I really appreciate it and I'm very greatful

I did W1 R2 yesterday, I'm looking forward to W3 to be honest but I'm not skipping W2.

Good luck with it, don't look too far in advance at the other weeks though, some look scary from W1.

Looking forward to W3... go you! I almost shouted at Laura for her audacity to suggest I could run for 3mins.

Good on you for having a positive attitude. Well done too for being disciplined enough not to skip ahead.

I thought I was the only one who argued with Laura. She's great really and I'm so glad she can't hear me. I start W3 on Friday. I won't be as brave as you LeeU, but I might just have a firm word with Laura about her expectations...and then just get on with it anyway. ;-)

You can definitely do it. I am the most unlikely runner and I've just started week 7 today 😝 You have it in you to do it

Well done, Camran. It is a great group of people in here, I agree. They got me through some doubt as well. Stick with the forum and you will be one of those supportive people in a few weeks time, cheering on other worried newbies as they tremble at the thought of 3 minutes.

Good luck and keep on running.

Well done Week 1 almost complete. Great to see you sticking at it. Keep us up to date please as it's great to see you progress through
