Just finished week 3 and I honestly feel amazing! I’m seeing amazing changes in my stamina and body. Does anyone have any advice for week 4? I feel it’s a big step up!

Oh I really enjoyed week 4, for me it was when things really started to make sense and fall in place, just keep doing what you’ve been doing you’re going great, keep it slow and steady and enjoy it 😊👊💪

Congratulations on completing week 3 of C25K, that week is the shortest workout of the program, onwards and upwards to week 4, nothing to worry about, I found it, not hard, but the most complex of all the nine weeks of C25K with the various times and distances of the walking and running, good luck for that.

It is a step up, there is no denying it, but then there is a step up each week and as long as you have completed all the sessions, then you will be prepared.

Well done, keep it up.

Thanks so much for the advice!!

Week 4 is springboard week. It propels you for Week 5 and beyond. You are ready, just remember that. Steady pace always and as the weeks go, you'll grow evermore. Be confident and positive. You've got this!

You just need to take it slow but you are ready for it as you are following the programme...don't forget to post how you get on. That motivates me. I think what I will post (often don't but I think about it😎). Good luck.

Like everyone says - trust in the programme - you can do it. Stick with Team Snail and you'll smash it!

Oh well done! I am starting out on W3 today! And daunted by future weeks, but for now what helped me the most in my W1 and W2 is: slow down, take it slow...slow running, s s s l l o o o w. Enjoy!
