For those feeling a little anxious about the full 20 min run it’s not too bad !!

When you finish you’ll feel so amazing 😉

Loving C25K I’m 57 and although I regularly walk not run for about 4 years this has completely got me hooked

Have a great week everyone

well done and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment👍 I think its human nature to feel apprehensive at the thought of having to run a whole 20 minutes but if you have followed the programme its amazing how your body has been prepared for this one. Yes its hard but can be done and the feeling afterwards is brilliant 😊

Any tips how to get through the 20 minutes run? I have to start week 5 on Friday, feeling a touch apprehensive. Well done to you completing all three week 5 runs great achievement and real milestone.

Ok this is what always works for me - pace firstly get into a steady jog

Music !! I always have my headphones in and Radio 2 !! I find listening/ singing along just takes my mind off the ticking time bomb of how long do I have left

The last 5 minutes were tough as my route took me on a slight incline at the end !

Just believe u can do it and you will

I was determined not to stop as I knew it would make me feel cross

Good luck

You can do this !!

Brilliant thanks. I listen to Radio 2 for the same reason, singing along helps. Good luck with rest of C25K.
