Anyone else find week 6 terrible? Felt amazing when completed week 5 but couldnt finish 6,3 and struggled on 6,2. Legs feel like bricks and got the weirdest pins and needles. Any advice?

No advice but I read a poll on" which week people found the hardest" (can't find it again now) & week 6 was cited by a lot of people. It does get better. Hang on in there & don't get discouraged.

It could be that buoyed up by week 5 you went out a bit too fast. Slow and steady and you'll get there, speed comes after graduation.

Was relieved to see so many people felt the same about week 6, it's made me feel a little bit better about my efforts! Planning to go out tomorrow or Sunday dependent on the rain...

Well done to Beads. Yes I peeked at this before I started W6 so wasn't too surprised that it was harder than the W5R3 20 min run. Perhaps it there just to make us look forward to the longer run at the end of the week. Not sure about your pins & needles. Hope they are better on your next run.
