I am giving a big pat on my back as I did it...Yes, I completed week 3 run 3 this morning. It wasn't easy but I could feel how I built it on my previous weeks' hard work! I never forgot Laura's words that its only a light jog! C25K is just amazing! I am looking forward to week 4 now.

Well done. Here, have another pat on your back. I've experienced how hard it is to make it through those early weeks, so I know you need one for your effort. And now off you go! :-) Prepare to be more amazed.

Just done W4R1 and not going to lie it's hard, running for 5mins seems a long time but I did it and overall ran for 16 mins which I'm really pleased with. Good luck for you. :)

And another! Well done. You've made it to week 4! It is only a light jog. No more, no less. A slow jog is all that's needed to get you to Graduation. Those who go nice and steady will be the ones who stay safe and don't end up on the injury couch

Have a lovely time. It's such fun. At the end of week 9 you won't recognise "the old you".
