Week 7 last run

Well that’s a step in the right direction I think ,normally my legs are stiff for at least until the day after my run .today after 4 hours they are back to normal .is that my fitness coming on or I’m not pushing hard enough

You are not meant to be pushing hard to do C25k.

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.

It’s a sign that your legs are getting stronger. No need to push! Aching after a run is not compulsory. 😂 I remember my legs aching lessened a lot around this point of C25K, too. 👍
