Another week done! I read this quote today and it sums up couch to 5k beautifully...Keep going, and donβt worry about your speed...Youβre making progress even if it doesnβt feel like it... forward is forward... no matter how slow. A few months ago after 3 months of binge eating and drinking during lockdown I had put on 1 and half stone and couldnβt make it up the stairs without getting out of breath... now Iβve lost that weight and can slog for 25mins... itβs taught me that we underestimate ourselves. We can achieve anything if we want it badly enough and are prepared to work hard for it... good luck to everyone out running today/tomorrow at the weekend πxxx
