Missed a few days so repeated W1R3. Just under 1.8 miles in 30 mins, found the running legs tough... though to be honest my 25st frame was more like shuffling along. Anyway on to Week 2 starting on Easter Monday!

it is tough being bigger than the usual I’m 6feet 7 and weigh probably more than you and I’ve just finished week 7 .just keep it slow and you should be ok good luck
