Week 3 Run 2 done and knees held out much better. Think the strengthening exercises in-between runs is really helping. Felt good with just stretching when I’d finished but no ice. if I can continue like this I’ll be really pleased. Gave a little (very little) skip at the end. 😀. Thanks for all the advice I’ve had. Its really helped.
