I finally graduated on Saturday yay! (Ive been to busy to post!) I had never reached 5k during the last few runs but on Saturday i took part in the Royal British Legions Poppy Run and ran the whole route and in 35 mins! Im not completely new to running and im returning after a bit of a break but the programme and reading the posts on here have really helped me get back into my running swing! So thanks guys for posting your stories i have really enjoyed reading them everyday. I will continue to read them everyday as im still going to need the inspiration to keep going (im doing a little thing called the London Marathon next year for the Royal British Legion!)

Lots of running love!xxx
