5k YAY!!!

This was our easy run, you know, the long slow one....went off bit fast but were enjoying ourselves when Colin nearly fell over a little lad on a bike and i got a little dog jumping up at me. After that we slowed down some but including the warm up and cool down we went 5k and never done that before

Thanks Al, it was an amazing run and we jiggled along and are so happy.I have had a stressful couple of weeks at work and came home today wound up tight with a to do list for tomorrow longer than ever before, now I just feel great although a bit hot

It was just so good to run, Willow is naturally a bit faster than me which is great because it stretches me just a bit

Thank you, we are so happy, we were determined to get to 5 k so included the five minute walk at each end, we love running and i clicked up 7000 steps
