Finally got to do my last run this morning after leaving my little darlings at my mums. Started off nice and cool with a little rain until I turned back and the wind died down and the sun came out. Next goal to get to 5k and a park run. Thanks to everyone for their support, advice and encouragement.

Thank you. Determined to keep at it. Will be evening runs in 2 weeks when I'm back in work (work term time) and hopefully the cooler weather 😊
