You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, if you find 60 seconds too much to begin with, start running slowly with 30 seconds and gradually increase that to 60 seconds, good luck.
well done, its a great programme and if you trust it, it will work. There is a great guide to starting with every thing you need to know. Also lots of new folk today- you could support one another maybe
