Sarah told me today that I am officially a runner. I was amazed when I ran 20 minutes last week and after the first two runs of this week I was dreading trying to do 25 mins. I started of very very slow and got into my rhythm quite quick without experiencing the toxic 10. I kept up the snail pace all the way until Sarah told me I had 1 minute left and I could try and sprint to the end. Sprint I did, I definitely increased my pace but to anyone who might have been watching it was a snail sprint. In six weeks I have come so far. I cannot wait for lockdown to be over so I can do a 5k race with my daughter.

Well done I’m the not looking forward to this run but it’s got to be done I will let you know 🤔
Bravo! Mine is coming up on Monday - I intend to go slower than I've ever done before as it was a bit of a struggle doing the 20 mins in W5R3.
