Officially a runner! Delighted to have done the full 25 minutes, even if it was a hard slog for the last couple (especially when Sarah Millican encourages you to increase the pace a bit in the last minute!).
At least I know that I can physically do 25 minutes, so the thought of next week isn’t so terrifying!

Same here, week 7 begins on Tuesday. Well done, it's great to have that apprehension and then find that time has flown during the run. Someone on this forum said that your body adjusts after 10 minutes of running which greatly helped. I found this to be true and this has swept away any major doubts for the coming weeks.
