Looking at week 4 I was dreading the 5 minute run sections. But I did it!! Went out in the rain and managed it fine! So pleased with myself I felt over the moon!

Honestly you’ll be fine. I was surprised just how much my fitness has improved since week 1. And the first and last 5 minute runs were fine and manageable. So much so I had a huge smile on my face all during the last run. I was just that chuffed!
