Missed a week due to illness after completing week 6. Where should I restart?

Week 7, only off one week won't really make much difference, congratulations on completing week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER.

As the guide to the plan states, you lose no discernible condition in two weeks of non running.

Week 7 - just take it nice and slow for your first run back to see how you feel after your illness.

Well, it was a killer. I kept going but I had to really slow down. Near on mental and physical torture. Contrary to the plan guidelines, there was a very discernible loss of condition after 1 week. Maybe it’s different if the break is caused by illness.
