Just beginning this programme again. Have done Week 1 Day 1. Felt pleased with myself, but exhausted after it. Brilliant for an excellent night's sleep later on! Today one day on, my legs are just stiffening up. By tomorrow I'm not sure I'll be able to walk, never mind complete Week 1 Day 2!

You will be able. Your rest day should sort that out. Go really slowly. That way you'll be able to finish the session. It's fun! Hard work but only for 30 seconds and you get a rest☺

I'm on a restart too, well done for starting over and you'll absolutely finish the next run :)

Well done on restarting the plan, I've just started again and am on week 2.

Good luck with the rest of it :)

Stretching afterwards helps me ... that and a proper rest day! :-)

Gentle stretches all the through the day but best of all after a soak in a hot bath sorts me out.

I agree with Kay, a lovely long soak in the bath and your stretches and you'll be ready for the next one

Thanks for all your encouragement. I've done Week 1 Day 2 and it was easier than the first run and my legs were not so bad when it came to it! My biggest problem was not have a decent running playlist to listen to alongside Laura - now that's a problem I shall enjoy fixing!
