Ok so Ive completed the first three weeks and loved it, however for one reason or another the fourth week never happened (man flu) and the thought of going back is daunting, should I redo week three or move to week four
What’s the best way for this looking for advice and possibly a further delay in starting , surly not!

How long have you been down with man flu for? You should be ok to pick up where you left off if it's been no more than a couple of weeks. Or perhaps go back and rerun the last run you did and see how it feels?
Hi scooter. Just go for it. Week 4. Take it real slow, slow and steady. What's the worst that could happen? If it's to hard, never mind you tried and you can go back a week. That's not failure it's trying. You'll probably smash it. Good luck and enjoy your running
As it’s been three weeks, you will have lost some fitness, so rather than starting again, I’d suggest going back just one week to W3. It’s just that W4 is 5 min runs, where as w3 is 3 min and so probably more doable. And if one W3 run is fine, you could then go to W4. What you don’t want is returning to this and feeling a ‘failure’, you’ll get a good boost from being able to do some running and then get back in the groove.
Hi there if you read the FAQ blog it says that you can go two weeks without losing any conditioning from the runs that you have done to date. Unless you have gone over the 2 weeks you can do the next run in your plan
If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will see advice on starting back after a break and that you are unlikely to have lost any significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, do can start back where you left off.
