W2R1: urgh that was hard. I was supposed to have done this run on Friday but had been putting it off. Glad I've done it but it wasn't all that enjoyable. Lovely running weather however!

Very true! But then I feel like I'm crawling 🙈... but of course you are right! I'll remember for the next run and listen to MJ telling me the age old mantra of slow and steady x

I usually get at least one of those a month... really hate the run all the way to the finish, and then love it.
I know. I just wasn't feeling it before I even set out but it needed to be done! .... all this being at home is making me eat the wrong things. It's more being at home with my husband who eats what he wants! I'd lost a stone and a half post baby and back to my normal self but it's hard not to stuff your face when surrounded by it and others who just do! 🙈 The exercise really needs to happen to counteract the face stuffing 😂😂😂
Well done Dee, I’ve just finished week 2 and my 1st and 3rd runs were great but for some reason the 2nd seemed less enjoyable. No idea why! 3 identical runs 🤷♂️
The good thing is that today’s run was great again so it’s worth just patting yourself on the back for getting through a wobbly one and crack in to the next.

Interesting, I also struggled with week 2 Run 1. First week wasn't bad at all. 3rd week OK, so wondered why W2R1 was so hard?!
