I did a really hard run yesterday, and was enjoying hearing my average pace every 5 mins, as it was approaching the sort of pace I used to run at a couple of years ago. Then I reached a canal tunnel and had to walk some of it due to the lack of light and the mud. When I popped out the other end Runkeeper had obviously been confused by the temporary lack of signal and my average pace suddenly went down by a minute per km. A shame because I would have liked a more accurate account of what Iโd achieved, but good for a laugh. I was bright red all over from this run and had to go buy ice-cream ๐
