...a movie this time (to give you all a break from books!).

This film about the Barkley Marathons is an absolute thrilling eye-opener! The Barkley Marathons is a 160km (!) trail race held in Tennessee. Here is an article about the race in Runners World:

Very entertaining film, and is currently only 0.99p to rent on Amazon. Highly recommended viewing if you haven't already seen it!

Hope everyone is staying and running safe.

P.S. This race is not recommended for recent graduates of C25K, or anyone who values their legs and sanity. 😂

I love this race... and the movie.

It’s brutal and insane... but it does show that people can achieve the impossible!
