Woop woop
I was determined to get out and get the final run done despite having very little sleep last night. Itβs done and tbh was ok. I focused more on my breathing and I can hold a conversation ( with myself...no arguments there lol)
Am also on day 3 of a 5 day sugar detox but thatβs going ok too .
I guess one activity supports the otherπ
Looking fiward to starting week 3 on Sunday.
