Just remember to take it nice and slow and steady and you will be absolutely fine xx

Slow and steady and as hilbean says...you will be just fine. Trust the programme and have faith in yourself :)

Of course it's difficult or everyone would do it! I repeated a couple of weeks early on, just because I was struggling so much I wasn't confident enough to move on. Did me the world of good so don't be afraid to do that. However, you're way younger than me, way slimmer than me - I think you'll be fine if you believe in yourself. That's my biggest problem - I listen to the gremlins but there's truly no reason why you shouldn't be able to do it. I'm just about to go out on my W9R1 and I couldn't even run for 45 seconds at the start of this. As everyone says, have faith in the programme and believe in yourself - and go as slow as you need to. You can concentrate on getting your speed up later if that's what you want to do. Me, I'm happy shuffling!

I felt nervous before starting week 3 on Tuesday but it was fine .... surprised myself. Week 3 run 2 today. Go for it. Just keep it at a steady pace.

Just remember that you are in control. If you don't complete a run then you simply repeat it until your body is capable of doing it, then you move on. There is nothing to fear. You can only fail this programme by giving up. Repeating runs just makes you stronger. Many people try to run too fast. Go as slow as you need to.

We all start in different places, physically and mentally, but those who stick with the plan become runners. You will become a runner.
