I'm so proud of myself .. I've completed week 2!!! Nervous to start week 3 as the thought of running for longer periods is very daunting... but I will give it my best , as feeling very positive thanks to the posts I've read that this is doable!!! I'm 46 and never tried running .. here's to my next week πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜Š

Well done! You're going to be even more proud of yourself when you master the longer runs. I was always so worried about the next week and at times it seemed impossible. But now I'm at week 7 and nothing scares me anymore :D

I honestly can't remember.... I'm sick of feeling bad about the way I look and feel, so I'm eventually taking some responsibility... diet overhaul and running is the start... 2017 can only get better!! X

Just keep it slow and steady and you will get there:)

Very well done... and try to focus on now, not what is to come.. the pesky little gremlins love it, if they think they can defeat you before you even start a run :)

Week 3, for me, was great! Like you, I was a bit nervous but as soon as I'd finished the first run I couldn't wait for the second! At the time I couldn't imagine stepping it up to 3 and 5 minute runs in week four but I now only have one run left of week four and ive loved that too! It's such a great feeling to push yourself and as soon as you complete day one of the new week it spurs you on to get to the next one! Best of luck with week three, enjoy it!

Well done! 😊 Im always thinking about how slow I'm going too, but i've been assured that as long as you are moving forwards, the speed will come over time!

Eeee I hope so Kirsty .. though I'm just happy that I've managed !!! Debra x
