Managed to get out yesterday after 3 days in the house to complete first run of week 2. I’m so glad I went !!

Well done I think the starting the second week will be a hurdle for me (I’m feeling tired and achey and still to finish week1) it’s good to hear that you got yourself out there after a 3 day break. I shall do the same and maybe pick another route.

Keep going, take it slow, as going slower really helps in the earlier weeks; the pains will soon fade.

My first week was very sore, but slow-and-steady from week-2 onwards really helped!
