I completed week 2, run 3 yesterday and although I'm definitely fitter than when I started (3 weeks ago - took 3 attempts to complete the first run!) I'm not sure I'm ready for week 3!
My dilemma is: Do I attempt it and see how I get on or repeat week 2?

You did it, don't look back. If you did it and you didn't call St Johns Ambulance, haven't got pain just aches and a sense of satisfaction then you're ready to go. The programme is designed to stretch you... Go for Week 3, you know it makes sense....π
I did it - wasn't pretty but I managed and feel great about it! Thank you for your encouragement.
No more hesitations - just keep moving forwards π
Yay congratulations on completing W2.. it's always been my dilemma on whether to move on when a run has felt difficult... but after good advise from members of the forum I started again from W1 and have since carried on battling forward.... and hey presto I've gotten to W4 π¬ Run 3 tomorrow.. Trust yourself if you've managed to complete the run no matter how slow u did it move forward x
You know how you feel.. you do not have to push too hard at all.... if you feel happy about it then move on...if you feel that gaining confidence by repeating will help, then do that... this is your journey, and meant to be fun
I agree wholeheartedly with Oldfloss . Different strategies for different people. For me, personally, my self-belief takes a huge bashing when I try something but can't quite manage it. A HUGE bashing. I therefore chose to repeat a week if I'd found it tough so that when I moved onto the next week I felt a bit more comfortable with it and had a bit more belief in my ability to move on. Equally, lots of people are better at dealing with the demons I am and they just move on. At the end of the day, you did it so you can move on to the next run but there's no hard and fast rule. You can flex the programme to suit you. As the wise folk on here say, no run is a wasted run - they ALL count.
