Well I did run 2 to day although it was meant to be yesterday! But my phone APP was playing up so did day 1 instead again! The legs are hurting to day again but did plenty of stretching! Day off tomorrow then hitting day 3 on Sunday! I am getting nervous about week 3 but being positive about it : -)

I was in your place this time last week and felt the same. I actually surprised myself and flew through week 3. Don't get me wrong, it was challenging and really pushed me but it was manageable. Trust Laura, she knows what she is talking about. Good luck and I look forward to hearing about your successful week 3.
