So back out running wk 1 r1. I completed the programme 2019. But then stopped in the summer. As a teacher I am maybe off for a while now. So having been indoors, pushed myself to run. Thought it best to start at the beginning. I was so pleased and it was not nearly as difficult as when I started last year!

So pleased to start again and remember how amazing it was to be able to run 5km. I never thought I would be a runner and really looking forward that feeling again😁

Your body remembers! 👍 Well done on starting again, and enjoy. Running is so good for stress and anxiety, so you will be soothing both body and soul by doing C25K. 😁 All the best to you.
