HI, long time ago graduate here, back in 2012, really got into running, ran a couple of half marathons.

This last year has just been setbacks, injuries, life in the way and fatigue plus getting slower and slower. Gradually one missed run became 6 weeks and it was so hard to start again.

So downloaded the app and off I went with Laura, nice to hear her encouraging voice again. I'm not quite the be₩ginning really as figured Wk5 r2 was a good place to start. Did the 20 minute run today which was challenging but did it. Going to try to stick with it as this programme worked very well for me back in 2012.

Onwards and upwards!

Well done and welcome back! I'm starting again too, never got as keen as you but I did graduate last year, but have lost all my fitness and have gone back to week 4.

I'm okay, thank you - I've just been on the IC for a few weeks because of a small op but looking forward to getting back out there :) I finally got up to the heady HM distance but I'll be building back up again this summer :) You'll be back running in no time at all. Looking forward to seeing your reports and progress.
