Just downloaded this little beauty, ready to start all over again now my wrist is out of plaster.
I’m not sure how brave I’m feeling, but I’m definitely missing running more than I’m worried about falling over while doing a few short intervals.
I definitely won’t be running attached to a dog in the near future though, I’m definitely not ready for those sorts of speeds. 🙂
I’m currently grandsprocket sitting, so I thought I might have a wander down to the local sports centre (it’s literally *waves hand in general direction of the Sportie* a few hundred yards down the street) and see if I can take advantage of a New Year, New You type deal to let me go and use their bikes and treadmills.

Hi, Happy New Year to you and your family. So glad to hear that you are feeling better after your awful fall. All the best with starting again, I am sure you will enjoy it and will soon be dashing about with 'dog attached'! Keep us posted with your progress
We've moved house, not sure if you knew that? Finding it difficult to get back to a routine with running, mostly walking with hubby, sister and doggies (lovely to be near family). Tendonitis still causing issues post runs which is frustrating and off putting 😕.
