Good morning! A very chilly start here, but i’m delighted to be able to say I ran my second run post-surgery this morning, having made a tentative start on Sunday afternoon. I’ve had some ankle discomfort but that’s much improved on the last week so I thought I’d have a crack. Really pleased to be running again, I find it good for my head as well as my health. It was a bit like running in a grotto this morning with everything frozen and glittery! Hope you’re all well!
